Product Name
Elk1 (Phospho-Ser389) Antibody
Synonyms
ELK1; ETS-domain protein ELK-1; ETS-domain protein Elk-1
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human Elk1 around the phosphorylation site of Ser389.
Immunogen Range
356-405
Clonality
Polyclonal
Application Dilutions
WB: 1:500~1:1000 IHC: 1:50~1:100 ELISA: 1:10000
Specificity
Elk1 (Phospho-Ser389) Antibody detects endogenous levels of Elk1 only when phosphorylated at Ser389.
Purification
The antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using phospho peptide. The antibody against non-phospho peptide was removed by chromatography using corresponding non-phospho peptide.
